Course Overview
Students are enriched with skill development in the areas of Aviation geography, Functional layout of the airport, Planning travel itineraries and international aviation laws. Further in relation to the hospitality industry Catering science, Food and beverage marketing, trends in hospitality industries, Procuring, processing and storage of food materials and Hospital catering are taught. Common to both areas communication, finance, budgeting, and management are taught.
